If you’re a first-time homebuyer in California looking at the Dream For All down payment program and thinking, “I make too much to qualify,” you might be wrong.
Dream For All doesn’t always look at total household income the way people assume. It looks at the income used to qualify for the loan. That creates flexibility.
If you and a spouse together exceed the limit, we may be able to structure the loan using just one borrower’s income — if the numbers work.
Don’t disqualify yourself before talking to someone who understands the program.
Many buyers who think they’re “over the limit” actually aren’t — once we structure things correctly.
If you’re serious about using Dream For All to help with your down payment, let’s run your numbers the right way.
